How do I get started?
For purchases all are required to create accounts like
that of other reputable sites. Which in turn, makes
future purchase processing faster.

Customer Service is important to
us, therefore we attempt to respond to all inquiries as
quickly as possible.
What are your payment
options?
We accept credit/debit cards, and
PayPal.
Currently we do not accept
mail -
orders, however this may be an option in the near
future.
International customers please be advised that you will
be responsible for any duties or costs charged by your
local
customs office.
When will my items
be shipped to me?
All orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 24
- 72 hours of placement. We currently ship
on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Most
orders arrive within 5 - 10 business days, but is not
guaranteed. Please take into consideration common
factors that may cause delays such as holidays, peak
mailing days/seasons, your location in relation to ours,
etc...
For your convenience, you are able to track your package
simply by entering your tracking number within the
tracking tool.
Do you offer
international shipping?
Yes we do! Shipping to international destinations takes
anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending
upon the destination country. There may be occasions
where shipments take longer than 14 business days.

What is your refund and
exchange policy?
We offer no refunds or exchanges without prior approval.
Product(s) may be exchanged for identical item(s)
purchased if damaged upon arrival. Item(s) must be
packaged as originally sent. Opened items, where
applicable, can not be returned. Returning item(s) to us
are at the customer's expense.
